What do I need to pay upfront?
We don't charge any holding fees for our properties.
We do ask that your first months' rent and deposit are paid two working days before your move in.
How much are deposits?
Our residential properties have a deposit equivalent to one months' rent.
Deposits are payable upon signing your tenancy agreement and will be lodged with the TDS.
What additional fees might I need to pay?
